UK Sport launched their brand-new athlete recruitment programme. Our brief was to promote the new programme, specifically targeting sporty and active people aged 16-24 to encourage them to apply for a place at Team GB or ParalympicsGB.

Designed from scratch, “Find your Greatness” was built on insight gathered in workshops and focus groups with state schools in diverse areas.

An abundance of assets was created, fully accessible and in native languages – with exclusive school packs distributed across the UK to drive in-school engagement alongside digital efforts.

We also:

• Created a launch video with talent to bring testing sessions to life for schools and press, with social-first content created.
• Designed a school-specific outreach plan was designed to ensure we had buy-in from that influential audience.
• Utilised paid social across TikTok and Meta which targeted both our 16-24 demographic as well as those identified as ‘nominators’.
• Partnered with Spartan, where we hosted a stand at the regional London event to sign attendees up directly on the day, as well as an email to their wider database.
• Worked with DofE, Men’s Fitness & Women’s Fitness to see out content on their email databases and via their social channels.
