A. Poached, on salmon and a nice bit of bread!
Q. If you could invite three people to a dinner party, who would it be and why?
A. Channing Tatum – FIT, Ryan Gosling – FIT, My Grandma – for the entertainment
Q. What is the oddest possession you own?
A. A Gammon Slicer (I don’t, I just know James Hickman will like the idea that I do) along with my Toby Carvery membership card
Q. What has been your career highlight while working at Hatch?
A. Meeting Wagner and listening to him sing Christmas carols was interesting
Q. What is your office nickname?
A. Messy – purely because there are several Holly’s in the office, which is weird because I’ve never known another Holly
Q. Time to choose: White Rose or Red Rose?
A. White rose. Yorkshire!
Q. If you could only ever listen to one song again, which would it be?
A. Billy Joel – Vienna – niche I know, but my Mum and Grandpa used to sing it to me

A. Love a Jason Madeley cheeseboard. Percy Pigs are also up there.

A. Cadbury’s would be cool – not just for the chocolatey benefits!
