From London Fashion Week to the Met Gala, September has made us all fashion experts. Even Dave down the pub was channeling Ann Wintour with his hot take on Kim K’s controversial Met Gala look.

In true Met Gala fashion Hatch have worn many hats this month and boy do we know how to turn a look.

We took Digital PR down the red carpet at the Leeds Digital Festival; where our very own Emma, Vik and Alex took attendees on a whirlwind tour of how Digital PR could be the full the movie moment makeover they’re looking for.

Matt V and Jack have been up and down the country this month filming Boost Drinks’ Choose Now 2021 Ambassadors. From a semi-pro footballer to a motocross rider, and even a cheerleader they got the full lowdown on how these amazing people follow their passions and Choose Now every day. Everyone at Hatch HQ is very excited to see what cheerleading skills Matt and Jack have picked up.

For our final look on the runway, we strutted our stuff and were ranked 8th in the top 50 PR agencies in the North by Prolific North. After what we can all agree has been a testing 18 month’s we’ll be wearing our badge with honour.

Now for the time we sort haute couture from the off-the-rack. Here’s what’s hot right now, otherwise known as Hatch’s Best Campaign of the Month:

HOT 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Uber Eats: Lil Nas X and Elton John ‘Tonight I’ll be eating’

This iconic duo brought camp and extravagance to Uber Eats’ recent campaign ‘Tonight I’ll be eating…’ In the Ad Elton John can be seen dressed in Lil Nas X’s pink Versace cowboy suit, and Lil Nas X wears one of Elton’s feather numbers. The ad highlights Uber eats’ expansion into convenience and alcohol as Lil Nas X orders items like Champagne and nail varnish. It also covers all the hard-hitting debates like mayonnaise or ketchup with chips. I’m with Elton on this one, mayonnaise all the way! If you haven’t already seen it, you can watch the Ad’s here.

HOT🔥🔥🔥🔥 Distance: Outlaw Runners Guerrilla Campaign

A local running shop in Paris, Distance, had their finger on the pulse with their recent campaign ‘Outlaw Runners’. They seized an opportunity after Paris imposed a new citywide speed limit of 30mph and challenged a group of runners to ‘outrun the law’. But they didn’t stop with this PR stunt, Distance then used the content captured by the speed cameras across social and in an Out Of Home Ad campaign. Lastly, they got even more longevity out of this campaign by setting up speed cameras in front of the store for the Paris Half Marathon to allow runners to test their speed.

Luckily you won’t have to run a marathon in Paris to see this campaign, see the full campaign details here.

HOT 🔥🔥🔥 The Great British Bake Off 2021 OOH Stunt

Channel 4 whipped up some hype this month for The Great British Bake Off’s return with activations in Leeds, London and Manchester, with digital billboards that reflect real time weather in each city. The cherry on the cake for me has got to be the 78ft high layer cake and matching 23ft spoon stunt in Glasgow’s Argyle Street. It was a cleverly creative take on wrapping a building for an Out Of Home Ad campaign, also let’s be honest they had me at cake. Want to have a slice of the action? Check out the campaign here.
