Junior Content Producer / Videographer

Role & Responsibilities

There are some massive plans in place for our in-house content team which we want you to be an integral part of. The division has already grown in size and we’re hoping that you can be the next piece of the puzzle! You’ll have loads of cool responsibilities; from working on incoming briefs right through to bringing them to life, editing social-first videos, collaborating with our PR, social and studio teams, pre and post-production and liaising with suppliers.

Experience in producing, shooting and editing is essential, and you’ll ideally have some experience with motion graphics too. Knowing how to work the lighting and sound is useful too. And if you’re great at photography, then even better! But we’re all about training and growing here at Hatch, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities for this as well.

You should be comfortable turning around short & sweet edits and longer-form content for a range of exciting consumer brands and briefs. We’ll want you to have excellent attention to detail and be organised, obviously, with knowledge of social media and digital video content.

Our home is Leeds, but you’ll be required to travel pretty much anywhere regularly and outside of the usual 9-5.
