We’re looking for a designer to take the next step in their career—ambitious, creative and driven—with 2+ years’ experience in design to support our Design Lead across a range of digital and print projects in sectors such as food, drink, sport and travel.
You’ll be hands-on in managing client projects from day one, from briefing, ideation and creative thinking through to concept development and overseeing the delivery of high-quality artwork and graphic design.
Responsibilities include client relationship management, preparing and responding to briefs, leading on creative ideas, applying a range of production and print specs and developing the brand look and feel for high-visibility campaigns and digital content.
Throughout your time at Hatch, you’ll have a dedicated line manager to support you and your development, with one-to-ones and access to training.
