LOCATION: Leeds

SALARY: Competitive (dependent on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to join our growing social media team.

You’ll have a range of responsibilities within the team; from leading on devising and implementing social strategies with support of the wider team, being a trusted point of contact for clients from a range of industries, contributing strategically and creatively across the spectrum of the Hatch social offering including organic and paid social campaigns, strategy, data, analytics and insight, effectively managing our team of social media executives across client accounts and collaborating with our PR, experiential, content and studio teams as required.

We’re looking for someone who has at least three years’ experience in a social media role, with agency experience preferred. You’ll have experience in delivering organic and paid social campaigns across a variety of channels, including influencer and content creator partnerships. Training and personal development is a focus at Hatch, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to learn as well. You’ll need to have excellent attention to detail, be organised and confident liaising with clients and stakeholders.

REQUIRED:

  • Three or more years of experience in a social media role
  • Experience managing a variety of client budgets
  • A proven track record delivering successful social media strategies
  • A passion for social media copy writing and tone of voice
  • An analytical approach to measuring success, using data and insight to influence strategy
  • Knowledge and experience delivering campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X or LinkedIn
  • Excellent client relations and communication skills
  • Great time management
  • Attention to detail
