We are looking to hire a creative and ambitious Junior Content Producer to work as part of our ever-growing internal Content & Production team. The individual will be keen to learn and have the ability to develop preproduction plans, film great content and edit to client deadlines.
Fundamental experience with video, photography and editing software is required but there will be ample opportunity to upskill, train and develop within the team and this role. Aside from the technical skillset, we are looking for someone who can think creatively, has a proactive approach to incoming briefs and projects and is looking to work openly with the team on creating awesome content for our clients across a range of sectors, including food, beverage, sport and lifestyle.
Throughout your time at Hatch, you’ll have a dedicated line manager to support you and your development, with dedicated one-to-ones and access to training.
Desired skills:
- Basic level of content production skills
- Videography, photography and fundamental editing skills with Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- An interest in graphic design would be desirable but not necessary
- Time management
- A creative mindset
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- A passion for video and content
